Tobias has said Ah-ta-Ra (Australia), is the place of new beginnings and rejuvenation. The original energy is of a forgotten Age similar to Lemuria.
Tobias also provided this further explanation (below) of the energies of Ah-ta-Ra in response to a question at 'An Evening with Tobias' in Sydney, December 2006.
Tobias explains the Energies of Ah-ta-Ra
The energy of Ah-ta-Ra has unique attributes based on the soil, being surrounded by the waters, energies that are very conducive to changes taking place and Ah-ta-Ra was set up as one of the Atlantis'.
When the Atlantean empire fell, it was known that it would re-emerge at a later time, but in a new and efficient way. Two places on Earth that were selected for being the new Atlantis (the new Jerusalem), these were America and Australia. Ah-ta-Ra was one of the places that would be the leader, be the forefront for everything from consciousness, technology, government, democracy. Many of the energies ended up going to the land of America, but
Ah-ta-Ra was always waiting if the situation would have it America did not work.
In the meantime, Ah-ta-Ra has been developing it's own unique and different energies.
Ah-ta-Ra carries the energies for the new Atlantis or the new energy world. It has done it now in its own unique and very special way. It no longer has to be the second choice to America because it is now developing on its own, independently and freely. In a sense, the consciousness in Ah-ta-Ra has the ability to move quicker. There are less burdens from things like government and poverty, etc. So you could say the ones that are living and studying in Ah-ta-Ra have the ability to move consciousness faster.

About the spelling of Ah-ta-Ra. It has never been in written form because it was before the written language was developed. Back in the early days of Ah-ta-Ra the language was such that it used very few of the harsh sounds, even though there was not an alphabet.
Even the Hawaiian language, which is derived from the original languages of Lemuria and
Ah-ta-Ra, there are very, very few of the harsh letters or the consonants in these languages. So if we were going to spell out Ah-ta-Ra it would be something like “Ah” and then a dash or a space, and then it would be a very small (soft) “t” and an “a”, then an “ra”. But again in pronouncing it would be much softer. What has happened in your modern languages is the sounds, and even the meaning behind the sounds have been condensed into single words so you would think now that Ah-ta-Ra would be spelt all as a single word. But actually it is three different sounds, and when pronounced slowly and carefully you can feel the energy in the “ahhhh…….taaa…….raaaa”. And again this is not very accurate on Cauldre’s part because his voice isn’t trained in that depth of the sounds from back then. Keep this in mind in particular in any of your verbal communications. Humans tend to talk so fast and they truly skip over so much of the depth of a sound.
A sound coming from a human can carry much more meaning and energy than it does now. Right now humans skim the surface on the energetic vibration that is in their words. They are using 5 to maybe 6% of the total potential energy in the spoken word. You can feel even under those words there is depth or vibration, and it’s the tonality.
So for the group back in Ah-ta-Ra, it would be good to use the Ah-ta-Ra name rather than Australia because that will help bring up many of the energies that are in the land, many of the energies that are there to serve Shaumbra, to work with Shaumbra, by referring back to the original pronunciation, the “ahhhhhh……..taaa…….raaaaaaaa” of the land. It will enhance the work that you all do there.
